Official Rules:

Ticketholders do not have to be present to win. By entering, each participant agrees to be bound by these Official Rules, which shall be final. Ticketholders are expected to check www.uwinaharley.com or www.unitedway-vfc.org, or call 386-253-0563 within 30 days to see if they are a winner.

The Rotary club and United Way Volusia-Flagler will make all reasonable effort to contact the winner. If the potential winner cannot be reached after 30 days, the 1st drawing is void and a new ticket will be drawn. The winner is responsible to pick up the motorcycle at the Harley dealership where it was purchased, and for all taxes and fees necessary to transfer title within 90 days of being notified. Winner consents to the use of his/her name and entry (with the exception of the winner's contact information, including address, telephone number and email address) by the Rotary Club and United Way Volusia-Flagler, for advertising, promotion and publicity without further compensation.

Filling out tickets during events will allow your name to be added to a mailing list that offers tickets for future Rotary/United Way-Volusia-Flagler giveaways. This mailing list will NEVER be sold or used for any other purposes.

BY ENTERING THE PROMOTION OR BY ACCEPTING THE PRIZE, WINNER AGREES TO RELEASE THE ROTARY CLUB AND UNITED WAY VOLUSIA-FLAGLER, THEIR RESPECTIVE AFFILIATES AND SUBSIDIARIES FROM ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED IN CONNECTION WITH PARTICIPATION IN THIS PROMOTION OR THE RECEIPT, OWNERSHIP OR USE OF THE PRIZE OR WHILE PREPARING FOR, PARTICIPATING IN, AND/OR TRAVELING TO ANY PROMOTION, OR PRIZE-RELATED ACTIVITY.
